The Process

In this phase we will work closely with you to define your vision. We will agree aesthetic and functional goals, establish timelines and budget constraints

In this phase we work closely with you and your architect to develop the interior design specifications, we select present design intent schemes showing finishes, joinery, fabrics and furnishings. During this phase we create photo realistic computer generated images that efficiently and quickly show the clients the intended scheme.

During the schematic and detailed design stage you will agree all of your designs, we can then proceed with the fully coordinated design intent drawing package. Alongside the drawing package you will receive all necessary documentation in order for your contractor to provide clear and concise costings.

During this phase we work closely with you to create the design information for the cabinetry that will go into your new home. We will work out the functionality, for example how many pairs of shoes need to fit in your wardrobe, how to hide the wires in your desk, how your kitchen can be functional yet beautiful etc. We will then consult with the appointed joinery company to help create bespoke fitted furniture including selection and specification for all finishes.

During this phase we will work with you to create a luxurious atmosphere through the selection of hard and soft furnishings and accessories. Blush’s team of designers and stylists ensure that all selections are not only in keeping with the client’s style, but also work functionally for their lifestyle. Our procurement team will organize the purchase and delivery, undertake quality control checks to ensure each item is in good order and is correct as per the original specification. All items are then placed and styled by our expert team of stylists.

Throughout your project we work with all external consultants including the architect, mechanical and electrical, lighting, home automation, to ensure all aspects are seamlessly integrated. We aim to prevent service conflict issues arising during construction. We will liaise as required on the integration of services into our interior packages.
